We aim to make the complex, understandable and enjoyable and we take great pride in the high level of feedback we receive from our Customers… We strive to instill a learning culture in our Customers’ businesses and specialise in the development of bespoke continuation training programmes.

Our training services are covered under our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and where applicable all our courses are based on ICAO, EASA and UKMAA standards Our training catalogue is based on 4 principal streams of training; Core Competence, Continuing Professional Development, Aviation Management Systems and Regulatory Awareness courses.

Our foundations

Our founding partner Ian Chapman leads the company’s provision of Compliance, Human Factors, Regulatory, Incident Investigation and Airworthiness Management. Ian is a fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and an aerospace engineer with 39 years’ experience in all sectors of our Industry, including Civil and Military Operations and with Aviation Regulatory Bodies. 

Ian was one of the formative members of the UK CAA Human Factors Working Group which developed the CAPs and HF training for Surveyors and Industry.  At that time, Ian supported the introduction of the concept of MEDA as an investigation tool to the Inspectorate Branch.  He was also the EASA MRB Chairman for all BAe aircraft types and sat on the UK National Aerospace NDT Board. More recently Ian has been assisting Regulators, Airlines and Maintenance and Production Organisations change and move their Safety and Quality Management principles and methods forward to meet modern challenges.
